A Few Searching Basics:
- Search or Keyword Search retrieves records that contain complete keywords.
- Browse retrieves records from whole or partial words.
- The more words you enter at one time, the fewer records you will retreive.
- For broadest results, browse with a partial word.
- Boolean operator "AND" is assumed when entering more than one keyword.
- For best results, do not include "and" or "+" in your search.
Having trouble finding what you are looking for?
- Make sure that you are not misspelling or abbreviating one of your words.
- Try searching/browsing with another option (i.e. subject instead of title).
- Try browsing with a partial word instead of keyword searching.
- Try alternate spellings/presentations of your terms (i.e. seventeenth instead of 17th).
