| Abstract |
This collection contains multiple sources on the Old
School Baptist Church in Snow Hill, MD. The first,
entitled "Bicentennial Celebration of the Welsh Tract
Church," is a smaller pamphlet with a brief history,
accompanying photographs, and writings from the rectors
themselves. Also included are miscellaneous historical
writings, many without authors or dates of writing. The
validity of these texts is therefore unknown, however
many of them were used by Sylvia Bradley and other
researchers: the document of such research is included
as well. |

Historical
Note
The
initial Snow Hill church site had been in existence for two
centuries and numerous congregational organizations before
run as a Baptist church in the 1940's.
