Historical
Note
The
Costen House in Pocomoke City was owned by the first mayor
of the city, Dr. Issac T. Costen. The house was built
sometime prior to his being elected mayor in the early
1880's. The Costen House was placed on the National Register
of Historical Sites in 1974.
