Copyright & Fair Use
General Fees:
- Daily use of the Center is available to all researchers for a $5-per-day research fee.
Yearly membership is available and the varying types of membership offer unlimited research at the Center for the membership duration.
A .25 per photocopy is levied for patrons using the photocopy machine.
Research by Mail:

For a pre-paid fee, a staff researcher or volunteer will
perform genealogical or local historical research utilizing sources available at
the Nabb Research Center. We cannot guarantee results, but will make every
effort to respond to your research request. We will advise you if your request
is beyond the scope of our resources or if staff time is not available for
extensive research requests. Your credit card or check will be processed when
received.
Please allow up to 6 – 8 weeks to process requests.
Membership must be current for Member prices to apply
Research Fee Schedule:

Members: $30 for 1st hour & $25 each additional hour
Non-members: $50 for 1st
hour & $40 each additional hour
Prices include up to 10 pages of copied
material; each additional page - 50 cents
Minimum fee – 1 hour
Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery; check/credit
card will be processed upon receipt

Exact citation photocopy – with an exact citation provided, photocopies
of printed or microfilmed material may be provided. Price is per each cited
item. Following copyright laws we will not make photocopies of complete books.
Members: $15 includes up
to 10 pages; 50 cents for each additional page
Non-members: $20 includes
up to 10 pages; 50 cents for each additional page
Making Requests:

In order to make the most efficient use of time, describe
your request needs as clearly as possible by telling us what you already know
which will help with identification, what you want to know and what sources you
have already used. Relevant information may be sent along with your request.
